Rob has been in the Employee Benefits industry for 19 years. He started on the Carrier side where he learned the ins and outs of health plan designs, rating methodology, and group renewal processes. In 2007 he took his Group Benefits knowledge and became an advocate for the Employer groups by starting Group Benefit Design, consulting companies on their employee benefit needs.  His love for a healthy lifestyle, fun sporting activities, eating right and just living well prompted him to combine his Consulting company with a Wellness company, creating WellU. Rob enjoys being active by surfing, snowboarding, playing tennis. He loves spending time with his family at the beach, and traveling.
